We are all saddened by the disastrous effects the current pandemic has had on our lives and loved ones. We are especially grateful to all the front line workers fighting this virus daily to keep us safe and healthy.
As the nation starts to re-open, we have introduced new contactless virtual experiences and implemented several safety protocols.
It is the utmost priority at A Custom Look Events to keep our staff and guests healthy and safe. Here are the ways we are doing this and will continue to evolve based on current government, CDC, WHO, recommendations;
All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery again upon set-up.
Our staff will always be in gloves and masks before, during, and after your event.
All of our staff will have their temperature taken prior to working and we will screen each of them to insure they have not had symptoms or exposure.
We are discontinuing the use of all props and hand signs for the foreseeable future.
All sharing options will now be touchless via QR code access.
We can provide stanchions and marked areas to keep guests separated while in lines, etc.
We will provide sanitizing wipes at every station to allow for cleaning of all surfaces between use.
We will also provide hand sanitizer at every station for guest and employee use.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLED EVENTS NOTES due to the COVID19 PANDEMIC:
To reschedule your event, we must be able to accommodate your new date on our calendar, and the revised event must be of an equivalent scope.
All monies paid will be credited to the rescheduled event, not refunded. No rescheduling fees will be added.
All contracted rescheduled events from 2020 will be at the same rate per the original contract, even if prices have increased.
If a government ban on events, or a restriction on events, forces the cancellation of your event, we will release you from all obligations of your contract except for the Retainer Fee Payment which is non-refundable.
If we have to cancel your event all monies collected will be refunded. In 34 years, we have never canceled a client’s event.
